Day Two Labs is a freelance product and design practice, based in Copenhagen — plus a handful of self-built apps on the side.

David has spent over a decade in software product and design — close enough to engineering to understand what's hard to build, close enough to users to care about what actually matters. That's what he brings to freelance product and design work.

Alongside consulting, Day Two Labs maintains a few small apps built around things David actually cares about: cooking, collecting, music, and the hobbies that have been underserved by existing software. Each one is built and supported directly — no outsourcing, no committee, no distance between the person who made it and the person using it.

The name is a reminder: day one is excitement, day two is showing up and doing the real work.
